Mr. Carlos A. Lithgow, President of CAL Insurance, has over 30 years of experience working with corporations, institutions, and individuals by managing all aspects of their insurance and benefits’ needs. The firm has provided benefits’ consulting services to various SUNY branches for Disability and Wellness programs as well as for municipalities and a Federal Agency of the US Government.  Mr. Lithgow has worked for divisions of MetLife, Mass Mutual and other insurance brokers in his career to conduct voluntary and core benefits enrollments as well as advising executives on financial/insurance planning decisions.
